hmmm is a space for everyone to share thoughts anonymously. To keep our community safe, friendly, and fun, we ask all users to follow these guidelines.

❌ What's Not Allowed

Harassment and Bullying

• Targeting individuals or groups with harmful content
• Repeated unwanted interactions
• Threats or intimidation
• Doxxing or sharing personal information

Hate Speech

• Content attacking people based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Promoting hate groups or ideologies
• Slurs or derogatory language

Inappropriate Content

• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Graphic violence or gore
• Self-harm or suicide promotion
• Illegal activities or substances

Spam and Manipulation

• Repetitive or irrelevant posts
• Misleading information or clickbait
• Artificial engagement or vote manipulation
• Commercial spam or advertising

Privacy Violations

• Sharing others' personal information
• Screenshots of private conversations
• Impersonation

If you see content that violates these guidelines:

• Use the report button on any post or comment
• Our moderation team reviews reports promptly
• Violations may result in content removal, warnings, or account suspension
• Serious violations may be reported to authorities

Help us maintain a positive environment:

• Think before you post: Would you want to see this content?
• Disagree respectfully: It's okay to have different opinions
• Report, don't engage: Don't feed the trolls
• Be patient: Remember there are real people behind anonymous posts
• Spread positivity: A kind word can make someone's day

🎯 Special Guidelines for Kids

If you're under 18:

• Never share personal information (name, school, address, phone number)
• Don't arrange to meet people from the app
• Tell a trusted adult if something makes you uncomfortable
• Remember: not everyone is who they say they are

📱 Using the App Responsibly

• Don't create multiple accounts to evade bans
• Don't attempt to hack or exploit the app
• Don't scrape or collect data from the app
• Respect the app's intended use
