Age Requirement: hmmm is intended for users aged 13
and above. We are committed to protecting children from child sexual
abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and maintaining a safe environment for
all users.
1. Our Commitment to Child Safety
hmmm takes child safety extremely seriously. We have zero tolerance for
child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content and behavior on our
platform. We are committed to:

sexual abuse and exploitation

Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement
authorities

2. Prohibited Content and Behavior
The following content and behaviors are strictly prohibited on hmmm and
will result in immediate account termination and reporting to
authorities:

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, including images,
videos, or text
- Content that sexualizes, grooms, or exploits minors in any way

Attempts to contact, communicate with, or meet minors for
inappropriate purposes

Sharing or soliciting sexually explicit content involving minors

Content that depicts, encourages, or promotes the sexual exploitation
of children
-
Attempts to use the platform to traffic, recruit, or exploit children
-
Any content that violates laws related to child protection and safety
3. Detection and Prevention Measures
We employ multiple layers of protection to keep children safe:
3.1 Age Verification
- Users must be 13 years or older to use hmmm
- Age verification is required during account registration

Accounts found to belong to users under 13 will be immediately
terminated
3.2 Content Moderation

Automated systems scan all uploaded content for potential CSAE
material

PhotoDNA and other hash-matching technologies are used to detect known
CSAM
- Human moderators review flagged content and user reports

- Direct messaging is not available to prevent private contact

4. Response Protocol
When potential CSAE content or behavior is detected or reported, we take
immediate action:

Immediate Removal: Suspected CSAE content is removed
immediately and flagged for review

Account Suspension: User accounts involved are
immediately suspended pending investigation

Law Enforcement Reporting: We file reports with NCMEC
(CyberTipline) and cooperate with law enforcement

Evidence Preservation: All relevant data is preserved
for law enforcement investigation

Permanent Ban: Confirmed violators are permanently
banned from the platform
5. Reporting to Authorities
hmmm is committed to working with law enforcement to protect children:
